Yale University has a strong history of service to the nation, and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) provides college students with the leadership and critical thinking skills needed to succeed as leaders. The mission of Air Force ROTC at Yale is to develop quality leaders for the Air Force, the Space Force, and the nation. To accomplish this mission, the Air Force ROTC program at Yale recruits, educates, trains, and prepares cadets from Yale and seven local universities to commission as officers following college graduation.
